Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order placement by contacting customer support.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already entered the shipping process.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests are accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories (such as innerwear or accessories, where applicable) may not be eligible for return.

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to submit images or videos for verification.
  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be offered, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 6–8 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 

Return Shipping

  • For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
