We aim to process and deliver your orders in a timely and transparent manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of order placement. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. It does not include transit time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders (India):
- We ship across India.
- Delivery timelines depend on pin-code, location, and courier partner availability.
- Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies or India Post Speed Post.
International Orders:
- Orders are shipped via registered international courier services and/or International Speed Post.
- We ship internationally, subject to destination feasibility.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination and are borne by the customer.
- Courier and logistics services are provided by third-party service providers. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination and are subject to courier company and postal authority norms.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic: Typically 3–10 business days after dispatch
- International: Typically 7–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, local regulations, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the registered email address provided at checkout. Tracking availability depends on the courier service selected.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete. The company shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, any re-shipping or additional delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
Failure to pay such charges may result in order cancellation, and the company reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer.
Delays & Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, SANA ENTERPRISES is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier service within the stated processing time.
